He is survived by: his parents, Rebecca Rodriguez and Ricardo Rodriguez; his grandfather Luis Rodriguez; his sisters, Marcella and Sophia Rodriguez (Lulu Alvarez); and his sons, Sanchez and Xavier Rodriguez. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, and cousins.
