He is survived by: his brother Ken; his sister-in-law Leslie Salonen; his sisters, Karen Anderson and Kathleen Yowell of Chowchilla, California; his sister-in-law Susan Dutton of Castelfranco; his children, Shannon Page (Mark Ferrari) of Eastsound, Washington and Erik Page (Page Hersey); and his grandson Julian Jade Page of Fairfax, California. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear devoted friends.
