He is survived by: his siblings, Alfredo Batis and Josephine Bettencourt Batis; his children, Aundrea Spencer (Adam Spencer), Josie Anzilotti-Batis (Ian Powell) and Mackenzie Batis (Sara Mahan); his grandchildren, Bennett Spencer and Odessa Powell; and his siblings, Joseph, Virginia, Rafaela, Michael, Thomas and John. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
