It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Kemp Wells of Ukiah, California, born in Hollywood, California, who passed away on September 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron E. Wells and Martha Waiva Wells (Kemp); and his brother Ralph E. Wells. He is survived by: his daughters, Lee Ann Vallee (Randy Vallee) of Anchorage and Kathy L. Wells (Larry R. Spencer) of Salem; his grandson Nathan D. Tuttle; his great grandchildren, Elijah Tuttle and Elizabeth Tuttle of Davenport; and his close friend Milli Hickey of Ukiah.
