He is survived by: his wife Joy Bartolomei; his children, Beryl Milligan, Kathleen Sublet, David O. Rupe and Valarie Grafft; his niece Linnea Hess of Kansas; his grandsons, Matthew Rupe, Thomas Sublet and Daniel Sublet; his great grandchildren, Ava, Lexi and Kayden Sublet; and his pet Otis.
