He was predeceased by: his sons, Jared Atherley and Heath Atherley; his parents, Robert Wilner and Bonnie Virginia Mayne; his sister Phyllis; and his niece Misty.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Mayne; his children, Randy Atherley (Nikki) and Luckie Paxton (Robert); his sisters, JoAnn and Mary; and his niece Virgina D. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.
