He was predeceased by: his father Ted Garrett; and his wife Betty Garrett. He is survived by: his sister Eleanor Todd Fuller of Moore, OK; his sister-in-law Mimi Brink of Memphis, TN; his children, Kathy Garrett of Albuquerque, NM, Barb Garza (Gabe) of Indio, CA, Chris Garrett (Rosa) of Alpine, CA, Shirley Art (Jeff) and Greg Garrett (Lessa) of La Veta, CO.; and his grandchildren, Kendra Lucero Claeson, Armando Garza (Tina), Janice (Charlie), Gregory Garza (Catherine), Natalie Sherwood (Michael), Austin Garrett, Jeremy Art (Kelsey), Joshua, Jennifer, Shelby Art, Zachary and Nicholas Garrett. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
