She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Sheya and Alice Sheya; her brother Norman Sheya; and her husband David. She is survived by: her sons, Jason (Brenda) and Chad (Elizabeth Mazzolini); her grandsons, Coleman, Jimmy and Walter; and her sister Paule Hewlett (Michael).

Michelle Lavin of Tustin died on March 8 at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, after a long battle with Parkinson's disease.
