He is survived by: his friend John; his children, LeeAnn Christian of Tustin, CA and Mark Berthiaume (Tracey) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Andrew, Megan and Robert Berthiaume of Kingston; his son-in-law David Christian of Fullerton, CA; his sister-in-law Donna Pike of Saugerties; and his niece Deborah Charvat of Belchertown, MA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
