She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Dirks and Virginia Dirks; and her siblings, Victor, Douglas Dirks and Velda Ratzlaff.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian and Stephen Brooks of Pinegrove, California; her grandchildren, Teresa Wade of Pioneer, California, Stephen Brooks Jr., Holly Wade and Jennifer Burcham; and her siblings, Ralph Dirks (Virginia) of Kentucky, Mark Dirks of California, Elwood Dirks (Ruth), Eloise Rubio of California, Nancy Mize of Montana and LaVonne Bauer (Ted) of Kentucky.
