It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Luellen Fulton (Turlock, California), who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Steiner and Lillian Steiner. She is survived by: her husband Roger Fulton (S. Navy) of Parkinson's Disease; her siblings, Karen Steiner Mendez and Steve Steiner; her children, Rodney Fulton, Todd Fulton and Erikka Perry; her son-in-law Craig Perry; her daughter Kim Fulton; her grandchildren, Steven Fulton, Heather Fulton, Jessica Fulton and Trinity Fulton; and her great grandchildren, Steven Fulton, Emma Hardwick and Rowan Luella Perry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Mortuary (247 N Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Church (1360 N Johnson Rd, Turlock, CA 95380).
