He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Weaver and Bernice Weaver; and his siblings, Jack, Art, Margaret and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Fran Sargent; and his children, Janet (Mike) and Eagle. He is also survived by his beautiful wife of 70 years and 5 children, Dick leaves behind 7 grandchildren and one long awaited great grandchild.
