She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Kay Cook of Salem, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Matthew Paul Cook, Katherine Verbarendse (Justin) and Donna Marie Cook; and her great grandchildren, Armando Velez III, Jonah Verbarendse and Ryker Verbarendse.
