She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Pacheco and Emily Pacheco; her sons, Daniel and Darren Nunes; and her brother Richard Pacheco.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennifer Nunes, Erin Wurth and Ayden Nunes; her great grandchildren, Emily Wurth, Gauge Wurth and Harley Rivera; her daughter-in-law Deborah Braz; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Pacheco.
Memorial contributions can be made in Patricia's memory to American Heart Association, St. Jude Children's Hospital or American Diabetes Association. Patricia and family would like donations to these charities in lieu of flowers.
