She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Vieira (Rodrigues) and Francisco Macedo Vieira; her husband Filipe J. Madruga; her siblings, João Vieira, Manuel Vieira, Antonio Vieira, Francisco Vieira, Julia Avila and Aldina Bettencourt; her son-in-law Robert Arieas; and her grandchildren, Lionel Madruga and Denise Madruga.
She is survived by: her children, Manuel Madruga (Diane), Joe Madruga (Connie) of Turlock, CA, Julia Garcia (Joe) of Turlock, CA, Connie Arieas of Lemoore, CA, Maria Fatima Fontes (Serafim) of Turlock, CA, Tony Madruga (Clarinda) of Hilmar, CA, Carlos Madruga (Connie Talent), Frank Madruga (Fatima) of Turlock, CA, Rosemary Madruga (Rod Harvey) of Sacramento and John Joseph Madruga of Turlock. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren and 80 great grandchildren.
