She is survived by: her children, Sharon Louise Frank and Pamela Fountain; her grandchildren, Melissa, James, Tanya (Jakob), Jessica (John), Josh (Lucy), Jeremy (Gillian), Brandi, Nicolette (Andrew), Amber and Alyssa; and her siblings, Effie Louise Fultz, Eadie Lee Fultz, James Burton Fultz (Bud), Robert Lee Fultz and Frankie May Koehn.
