She is survived by: her husband Russ Silva; her children, Shawn Haney (Amber), Rodney Silva (Jennifer), Michael Todd Silva, Dawn Marie Watkins (Jason) and Amanda Parmley (Kevin); her siblings, Michael Kizer, David Stone, Jeff Stone and Pamela Wells; and her caregiver Laon Sayers. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren including her grandson.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
