He was predeceased by: his parents, Catarino Velasco and Paula Velasco; his daughter Judith Velasco; his siblings, Rebecca and Jesus; and his son-in-law Freddy Ramirez.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Ramirez, Octavio Velasco and Maricela Gamboa; his children-in-law, Juan Gamboa and Linda Velasco; his grandchildren, Martin, Adrian, Bianca, Brianna, Kristian, Michael, Angel, Tatiana, Stefani, Jackie and Natalie; and his sister Consuelo Velasco. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Allen Mortuary (247 N Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380). A rosary will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (7820 Fox Rd, Hughson, CA 95326). A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery (1141 Scenic Dr, Modesto, CA 95353).
