She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Dwayne Hendrix; her parents, Bridie Criswell and Bertha Criswell; and her siblings, Ila Kirkley, William Criswell and Norman Criswell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Zelinsky (Richard), Teresa Richardson (Donnie), Patricia Hendrix and Linda Gilbertson (Larry); her grandchildren, Charles Richardson, Christopher Richardson, Stephen Zelinsky, Jonathon Zelinsky, Heather Castiblanco and Jennifer Trujillo; and her caregivers, Beth Baughn and Sarita Teaney. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
