It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eufemia Cabugao Hussey of Turlock, California, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Cabugao and Rosa Cabugao. She is survived by: her granddaughter Kimberly; her children, Ron Hussey and Kim Peterson (Kirk) of Turlock; and her grandson Kollin Craig.
