He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene LaPertche, Glenda Cato and Gary Cato. He is survived by: his daughter Madilynn Blair; his mother Gina Tuckey; his stepfather Rob Tuckey; his father Greg Bettencourt; his stepmother Marlene Bettencourt; his sister Amy Gilbreath (Luke); and his stepsiblings, Alyssa Silva (Manuel), Brandon Xavier (Jill) and Erica Xavier.
