He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barnard and Viola Barnard; and his siblings, Jim Barnard and Mildred Burwell. He is survived by: his wife Lois Barnard; his children, Jeff Barnard (Odette), Mike Barnard (Lori), Linda Wallace (Dave) and Brenda Spiegel (Jim); and his grandchildren, Randy Barnard, Kevin Barnard, Colleen Johnson, Brian Barnard, Shelly Ray, Adam Wallace, Sara Ange, Nickolas Jorge and Devin Jorge. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
