He is survived by: his parents, Donald L. Warren and Betty J. Warren; his siblings, Don Warren, Dennis Warren, Dana Warren and Teresa Warren Spang; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy Warren Page, Derek Warren, Justin, Matthew Warren, Brooke, Giornio, Brittany Stoehr, Sean, Alex and Danielle Spang.
