She is survived by: her husband Perry Jacobsma; her son Robert Chapman of Tulare; her brother Michael Cronk of Los Gatos; and her stepsisters, Rachelle Nellis of San Jose and Diane Linville of Modesto. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
