He was predeceased by: his parents, Lum Simpson and Ethel Simpson; and his brother Arthur Eugene Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Jennee Simpson; his children, Melinda VanHooser (Greg) and Jack Jameson (Andi); his grandson David Jameson (Corry); his niece Sabrina Covington; his nephew Tyler Simpson; and his grandchildren, Summer Frediani (Chris), Heather Lopes (Danny), Joseph Jameson (Shyannah), Cassandra Chambers (Austin), Wade VanHooser (Josie), Spencer Jameson, Alanna Moules (Austin), Lauren Coelho (Dustin) and Presley Molls (Anthony). He is also survived by grandchildren as well as two great nieces.
