He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grogan; his children, Marsha Williams (Jim) of Kingsburg, Sharon Dollinger (Mike) of Visalia and Neal Westbrook (Robin) of Pixley; his sister Mollie Jensen of Stockton; his siblings-in-law, Betty Westbrook, Dick and Ann Grogan; his grandchildren, Travis Williams, Tracy Alexander (Gray), Kris Dollinger (Aarika), Cameron Hop (Nathan), Adam Westbrook (Audrey) and Ashton Westbrook; and his great grandchildren, Kimberly, Kylie, Kayden, Michael Rose, Ace, James, Alivia, Frank and Nash.
