It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Elies of Tulare, California, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Carroll and Alma Carroll; her husband Robert; her children, Nancy Taggart of Los Gatos, Colleen Taggart of Boise, ID, Linda Taggart of Berkeley and Robert; her grandchildren, Kari Pool, Deborah DeLaney, Ronald Pool, Ryan McBride and Bevin McBride; and her brother John Carroll (Jim Carroll) of Tulare. She was also cherished by her seven great-grandchildren; and by her five great-great-grandchildren.
