It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Perfecto Phillip Hernandez (Tulare, California), born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florencio Hernandez and Nativitdad Hernandez; and his siblings, Delfina Alvarez, Della Hyde, Alice Morfin, Connie Mendez, Susan Villarreal, Evangelina Mendez, Betty Hernandez, Laurie Gonzalez and Lenard Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Contreras; his children, MaryKatherine "Kathi", Kathi Hernandez (Steven Correia) and Eric Hernandez (Nellie); his grandchildren, Joshua Anderson (Emily), Sarah Albright (Chris) of Eugene, OR, Ranisha Hernandez and Eric Alexander Hernandez; his great grandchild Jordan Albright of Eugene, OR; and his siblings, Dora Cantu, Lydia Cantu (Oscar) and Florencio "Tony" Hernandez, Jr. (Helen). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
