He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascual Sotelo Sr. and Guadalupe Valles; and his brothers, Sam and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Christina; and his sons, Steve of Visalia and Adrian (Amber) of Exeter. He is also survived by one grandson, one great grandson and several nieces and nephews.
