It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin F Correia of Tulare, California, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Correia and Lucille Correia; his son Chuck Shirley; his brother Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Geneva Correia and Danny Martinho.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Correia; his children, Allen Shirley of Laton, LeAnn Betts (Gary) of Arroyo Grande, Denise Domingos (Carl) of Hanford and Jennifer Stockton (Steve) of Three Rivers; his grandchildren, Danny Shirley (Jennifer), David Shirley (Lisette), Brad Shirley, Tessa Prince (Jethro), Blaine Betts, Korey Perez (Patrick), Drew Domingos, Colby Domingos, Stevie Stockton (Molly), Dylan Stockton (Maggie) and Wyatt Stockton; his great grandchildren, Conlin, Robert Shirley, Brayton, Hazel Prince, John, Gabriel and Bodhi Stockton; and his siblings, Dorothy Martinho, Marilyn Cunningham (Steve) and Marvin Correia (Mary).
