It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Livramento Pinheiro Xavier of Tulare, California, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Luis Xavier; her parents, Antonio Pinheiro and Clementina Pinheiro; and her siblings, Manuel, Paul Pinheiro and Judite Ferreira.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Xavier; her son-in-law Galvani Williams; her son Carlos Xavier; and her grandchildren, Carlos Xavier Jr., Haley Xavier, Joseph Williams and Matthew Williams.
