She is survived by: her sons, John Emmitt Jr. (Brenda) of Osage and Kevin Roy Cramer of Perkins, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Gina Cramer; her husband John Cramer; her daughter Gina Cramer of Enid, Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Debbie Haley of Cushing, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jerred Cramer of Osage, Hillary, Matt, Brandon of Osage, Eric, Kyla and Abby Cramer of Perkins, Oklahoma; and her great grandchild Ryan Everly of Enid, Oklahoma..
