He is survived by: his brother Kenny; his wife Mary Suzette Smith (Campbell); his stepchildren, John Campbell and Suzohne West (Campbell-Smith); and his children, Jayce, Evan Mednick, Azure Starr, Paisley Tesla, Joseph Fasso Smith, Josten Bay, Kaylen Cadence, Austin Jay and Dylan Beau. He is also survived by Many many nephews, along with their spouses and children.
