He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Kelly and Frances Kelly; his siblings, Nancy Stovall (Phil), Tom Kelly, Wesley Kelly, Philip Kelly, Susan Alexander (Chris) and Glenn Kelly; his children, Amber Smith (Steve), Meghan Tierse, Katelyn Roubos (John) and Stephen Kelly (Madison); his wife Teri Kelly; and his stepchildren, Daniel Rainwater, Matthew Rainwater (Victoria) and Heather Westbrook (Kevin). He was also cherished by 6 step grandchildren.
