He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carlisle and Julia Carlisle; and his wife Shirley Carlisle. He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Carlisle and Cindy Frazier. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and 1 great great granddaughter.
