He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Burnett; and his parents, Herbert Burnett and Lela Naomi Burnett. He is survived by: his children, Paulla Hernandez (Carlos Hernandez), Randy Burnett (Jenifer Burnett) and Matthew Allen; and his siblings, Lela O'Brien, Julia Burnett Foster, David Burnett and Doris Wright. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
