It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank J. Feliciano Jr. (Tulare, California), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Frank Feleciano; his sister Lurdes Martin of Tulare; and his wife Virginia Silva. He is survived by: his daughters, Luan Sozinho (Mat) of Tulare and Carol Whitaker (Tod) of Orange, California.; and his grandfather Bisavo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
