It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Bill Carmen (Tulare, California), born in Hanford, California, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janie Light; his grandfather Tony; his parents, Antone and Helen; his sister Laurie; his children, Sheri Adame of Visalia and Brad Carmen (Heidi) of Exeter; his grandchildren, Megan Adame, Christina Adame, Emily Adame, Mackenzie Carmen and Jacob Carmen; his brothers, Gary and Bob Wright; his mother-in-law Lois Light; and his siblings-in-law, Stan Dilbeck, Norman Light, Susie Dilbeck and Mary Jo Light. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
