She was predeceased by: her father Juan Serda; and her sister-in-law Claudia Serda. She is survived by: her husband Abel Gonzalez; her children, Emilio Gonzalez (Elia Gonzalez) and Renee Gonzalez; her granddaughters, Emily Gonzalez and Ivy Puerner; her mother Josephine Serda; and her brothers, Gilbert Serda and Ray Serda (Rosemary Serda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
