She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Engels and Richard Engels; and her sister Lena Engels. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Gorman; her siblings, Sabra Feddema, Raysa Carlson, Michelle Easley, Pam Goodrich, Judson Engels and Raymond Engels; her children, Charo Rhodes (Casey), Richard Cole (Jen), Sean Gorman-Orozco (Bryan) and Antoine "Rocky" LaVoie; her grandchildren, Taaz Doherty, Jesse Rhodes, Joseph Rhodes, Jake Rhodes, Adelaide Cole and Miles Cole; and her former husband Cecil Cole.
