She was predeceased by: her husband Fidel; her parents, Gregorio Villalobos and Esther Villalobos; and her siblings, Firmato, Teresa and Rebecca.

She is survived by: her children, Estella Ruiz, Arturo Ochoa (Lorie Ochoa), Victor Ruiz (Lynn Ruiz), Fidel Ruiz and Jaime Ruiz; her grandchildren, Emily Johnson, Bianca Smith, Gabriel Ruiz, Joshua Ruiz, Arturo Ochoa, Tony Ochoa and Alyssa Ochoa; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn and Arlo.
