He was predeceased by: his wife Laveda Merle; and his children, Stephen of Trona, Michael of San Jose and Linda Panter of Boron. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Acton of Ridgecrest; his grandchildren, Tami Mitchell of Boron, Amanda Parcher and Cody Parcher of Ridgecrest; his great great grandchild Rayden Swigart; and his siblings, Velva Ford, Donald of Seattle, Earl of Anaheim and John of Le Mars.
