He was predeceased by: his daughter Roxann Raygoza; his parents, Trinidad Raygoza Sr. and Regina Raygoza; and his wife Susan Guess Raygoza. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Tacherra (Johnny) of Burrel and Adrian Mendoza; and his grandchildren, Denee Tacherra, Dara Kincaid, Anthony Raygoza, Catherine Raygoza, Layla Tacherra, Sophia Raygoza and Jazz Tacherra.
