She was predeceased by: her parents, Millie Norton and John Douglas Norton; and her sister Rhonda. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda, Douglas, Sandy, Shelly, Lyle, Stacy and Hugh; and her children, Shauna, Hugh II, Douglas and Richard. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376). A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery (32053 McCabe Rd, Gustine, CA 95322). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1981 Chester Dr, Tracy, CA 95376).
