He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary F. Costa and Fernandes Dairy; his mother-in-law Katherine Ramsey of Tracy; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Bender of Lodi and James Ramsey of Tracy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bender; and his daughters, Stephanie Crawford (Scott) of Tracy, Robin Costa (Bobby) of Tracy and Amanda Costa of Tracy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations kindly be made in Manuel's name to St. Bernard's Catholic Church or to St. Jude's Hospital.
