He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jose Silveira Pimentel and Francisca of Jesus Pimentel; his wife Maria Zilda Pimentel; his children, Amanda Louise Borges Pimentel and Justin Lawrence Pimentel; his brothers, Francisco Rodrigues Borges Pimentel, Edward Jorge Borges Pimentel and Luis Antonio Borges Pimentel; his mother-in-law Maria Judith Borges; and his siblings-in-law, Filomena, Fernando Travassos, Nancy, James Stojanov, Gracie Pimentel and Susan Pimentel. He was also cherished by ten nieces and nephews.
