He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Moore; his son Gene Moore; his parents, Clyde Moore and Myrtle Moore; and his brothers, Donald Moore and George Moore.
He is survived by: his son Glenn Moore (Jenni Payton Moore) of Tracy; and his granddaughter Mikayla Payton.
