He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Rodriguez and Luisa Gonzales Rodriguez; and his siblings, Defina Rodriguez, Luisa Rodriguez, Isabel Garcia, Joseph Ortiz, Paul Rodriguez, Tom Rodriguez and Robert Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; and his children, Alice Caracciolo of Brisbane, Felix Rodriguez (Veronica) of Victoria, Richard Rodriguez (Nathalia) of Pleasanton, David Rodriguez, Stephen Rodriguez of San Francisco and Albert Rodriguez of Tracy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
