He is survived by: his children, Isabella (Bella), Forrest, Silas and Ezra; the mother of his children Jessica Knudsen; his mother Annie Blomgren; his stepfather Dave Blomgren; his brothers, Ryan and Alex Knudsen; his grandparents, Patricia Hull, Mike, Margaret Glennon, Bob and Jeannie Knudsen; his great-aunt Mary; his uncle Rob Robinson; his great-aunt Kathi Hanes; and his aunts and uncles, John, Jill Kamps, Rob Knudsen, Dwight, Marissa Glennon, Sean Glennon, Mary Baker, Alycia and Alona Schmidig. He is also survived by cousins and great friends.
