He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Little and Evelyn Little (Lockerby); and his brother Steve Little. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Little of Tracy; his children, Elizabeth (Little), Chris Castello, Christine (Little), Kit Ward, Lynnette (Little) and Ricky Rocha; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Courtney, Carly, Adam and Ethan; and his siblings, Arline Lillak, Ed Little and Susie Anderson.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Donations may be sent in Doug's name to a charity of your choice.
